Framing notes:

Framed works are presented either float mounted into a hand-finished tulipwood frame (available in lime wash, hand-painted white, dark brown or black – we are very happy to discuss which finish works best) or float mounted onto linen backing in an oak frame. All framing options include specialist anti-reflective glass with 70% UV protection as standard to ensure the archival qualities and depth of colour are maintained.

Higher grades of specialist glass (92% UV or Museum Grade 99% UV protection) are available at an additional cost and are recommended if positioning the artwork in a sunny location. Please contact us if you would like to discuss any of these options in further detail, and we will be happy to assist. Alternative mouldings and frame styles are available upon request.

“My latest series of work is a continuation of the connection series. These are inspired by a sense of cartography, the lines of rivers and mountains against the straight geometric arrangement of ley lines, all of which tie them back to landscape. Each section is a separate lino cut relief print and the paper itself becomes part of the artwork, some pieces being up to 200 years old. Each grouping gets rearranged and sometimes cut up and collaged back together to create a piece that like my other work evokes a sense of unity, calm and harmony. They become sculptural have balance and a sense of completion.”
